"Box of Secrets"/ Gurpreet kaur

"I have a box  where I keep secrets.  Many try to poke me,  to let them take a look.  They linger around  until I let them see.  I deny most of the time  But they are unavoidable.  they try to be my friend.  So for their constant struggle,  I reward them by letting them see my secrets one by one  Until It satiate their hunger,   they admire every piece of it and  leave soon to find a person  with new box to fill their curiosity.  It sounds whimsical, Is'nt it ?  But you know, there is another box I have,  more arcane,  no one can approach it,  But seldom I open it  when no eye see me  except the holder of every secret."

"The Witch Who Sings"/ Chelsea Stawicki

The brightest star of gold may bring out our happiness, Who knew that the bright can churn into something cold, among the murkiness. Walking along the road you may never know, You might find a friend or foe. Do you dare to open your eyes or your soul? Someone or something that is willing to steal, To the open mind of reading the scroll, Twist it all to find something to reveal. She's just in front of you, Faintly blue. Under the clear night sky, She may appear shy. A silver glow that protects her from the darkness, Risen from the cold waters and creates a mist, She is calm but not heartless, Doesn't mean she might not exist. I don't just pray, Faded into gray, Please don't go away, She wouldn't betray. Her whispers tell you "say my name, There is no shame, Nothing to blame, I will be your flame." Are you willing to follow her into the heavy mist? Even you would be missed, But always remember that you will be kissed, Don't resist. She doesn't just w

"Wanderer of Nights"/ Gurpreet Kaur

~ Words out of my Diary ~ " I'm a wanderer of Nights. Visit several places daily. Meet many new faces; Mostly blurred like my vision, It's in my hands where to go if I'm aware. I don't know about the landing place, But I'm sure, it do exist. That's enough to keep me moving. It seems I'm bound to tread Those never visited lanes. Sometimes It's very dark ahead, But still move on & on. Sometimes it's like flying, & Sometimes feel like restrained legs. I don't know from whom I was running from; But I ran & hid several times. Just within the confined space of my room, I wander till the sunrise, & wake up tired of night."
